I received an email that my payment failed, what now?

Our systems will make three (3) attempts to charge your credit card as below:


1st Attempt

2nd Attempt

3rd Attempt


1st of the month

6th of the month

11th of the month

Gamer E & M/Horror/Comic

10th of the month

15th of the month

20th of the month

You can update your billing information before the next payment by logging into your customer account in My Subscription -> My Billing Information.

If you are unclear why your payment failed to process, please contact your financial institution to inquire on the status of the payment.

If for any reason three (3) payment attempts are not made, an additional charge will be made on the 25th for Gamer E & M/Horror/Comic blocks and the 15th for Classic/Junior/Sci-Fan blocks.
